LILLA IS CURRENTLY BEING FOSTERED IN ILLINOIS

Lilla is a 3 1/2 old, Blue, 130 pound female Neapolitan Mastiff.  She is being fostered in Missouri.  An individual rescued her from a dog auction, and then immediately surrendered her to Mastino Rescue.  Very little is known about her previous life.  We speculate that she was used to living in a wide open space in her life previous to rescue because many things are very new and frightening to her.  She is a little cautious/shy/scared of new things but will build confidence every day with love and security. She takes a moment to warm up to new people.  Once she does, she wants nothing but for you to be her person.  Lilla will have to learn how to walk on a leash, be potty trained and how to be a dog.  We do not know how she will do with other dogs/cats at this time.  She will be spayed, UTD on shots, HW tested and parasite-free.  If you are interested in adopting Lilla, please go to our website at www.mastinorescue.org and complete a Family Profile.  Please remember you must own your home, no children under the age of 10 and have a 6 foot privacy fence due to our insurance requirements.  Transport can be arranged.  Mastino Rescue also has her sister Lucia, who is looking for her forever home.  STAY TUNED FOR MORE UPDATES TO FOLLOW.
